Yourthedancer.com was created by James and Alison Paterson
A husband and Wife team who live in Ayrshire Scotland.
They have 3 children
Robert who is 11, Jennifer who is 10 and Bryan who is 7 years old.

Robert likes to dance Hip-Hop
Jennifer and Bryan both dance disco Freestyle.

They set up yourthedancer.com because They found it difficult and frustrating to find information on freestyle disco dance anywhere on the Internet.

There are many different web sites out there, each with local information and local competitions, there are other sites where if you want to find any information you have to scroll through forum after forum to find what you are looking for.

Jimmy and Alison tired of this approach decided to create Yourthedancer.com a website where all of the information is available for the whole of the UK and Eire in an easy to use format.

We have advertising on this site to help keep the site updated, it currently costs around £50.00 a month to keep the site going

and advertising helps to pay toward those costs

when and if we do start making money from your the dancer it will be given back to the dance community,

and YOU guys will have the final say on where the money will go
